If you have more than 5 years of experience in technology area focused on extending pre-built application (with or without we are interested in discussing with you about the opportunities in extending Salesforce application through custom functionalities.

Functional Consultant:

Functional Consultant will participate extensively with customers in understanding their business process, advice on best practices, gather requirements, and configuring application to meet customerís requirements. This candidate will create and maintain all the pertaining functional documentation of the project. Based on the size of the project, this candidate may also play project manager role.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM field, with in-depth process knowledge
  • Experience in facilitating and conducting requirements gathering sessions, and gap analysis. Experience in re-engineering business process
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior management and executives
  • Experience with hands-on application configuration is desired, but not required

Technical Consultant:

Technical Consultant will be responsible for scoping and designing integration with salesforce or extending salesforce application with custom development. This candidate should be able to lead technical requirement gathering session and design and develop solution accordingly.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in integrating with any ERP/CRM applications. Experience with web services a must
  • Lead technical requirements gathering sessions, and propose solutions appropriately
  • Design technical solution, develop and implement
